TSMC plans to increase prices: 3nm by 5%, CoWoS by 20%.

The Ultra Accelerator Link (UALink) Alliance has been officially established, aiming to become an open standard for the industry’s many AI accelerator expansion connections and a competitor to Nvidia’s proprietary NVLink. UALink aims to create a new standard for high-speed, low-latency communication between AI data center servers, and its board members come from AMD, Intel, Meta, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Amazon AWS, Astera Labs, Cisco, Google and Microsoft.
